This dip is OFF THE CHAIN!! If you have any events coming up I urge you to try this. You can serve this dip with your choice of fruit. The last time I served it, my friends were spreading it on their peppermint brownies. Not the worst idea ever. Yum!
Take the cream cheese out of the fridge early to let it soften.
Orange Cheesecake Dip (10 min)

16oz cream cheese, softened
2/3 C Vanilla Greek Yogurt
6 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tspn Vanilla Extract
5 drops Orange Essential Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

1. Mix cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.
2. Add yogurt and mix until creamy approx 2 minutes.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend 2 minutes.

4. Makes 3 cups. Serve with fruit, cookies, or use as a frosting for brownies.
Note: Only use oils that are safe for internal use.
You might be thinking how do I know if an essential oil is safe to use for cooking?
What I can tell you is if you bought your essential oil at a local retailer it is likely not safe for consumption. Most over the counter essential oils are laced with fillers and chemicals.
If an essential oil is okay for internal use it is required by the FDA to be clearly marked as such.
The one I use is Young Living essential oils. They have the Vitality line that is distinctly labeled for internal use. If you want to learn more about essential oil uses or how to get them go here.
I have had requests to bring this dip to parties more times than I can remember. If you make this dish share a photo and tell us how it turned out. Happy dipping!!

  1. I love the way you write! You are super relatable. I have found it much easier to praise my boys for their efforts rather than the hard facts, such as a test score. It’s all about perception!
